General Auction Information

Items up for auction are able to be seen 30 minutes prior to the start of the auction. Purchases must be paid for on the same day as the auction. Payment can be made in the form of a certified check payable to Pender County Sheriff's Office or cash. All payments must be received by 5 pm the day of the sale.

Buyer Beware: Purchase price does not include any back taxes, liens or other encumbrances attached to auctioned items.
